Order & activation

Submitting the form does not automatically conclude a contract. Confirmation, activation, and delivery of credentials take place after a personal reply via WhatsApp or email.

We primarily use WhatsApp and the email address you provide for questions, support, and activation updates. Please make sure your contact details are correct.

Use

Use of the provided access data must remain within the agreed plan duration and communicated device limits. Misuse or forwarding of access may lead to suspension.

Liability

We are liable within the statutory framework for intent and gross negligence. Liability for technical outages outside our control, especially involving third-party services or internet connections, is limited.

Cancellation & refunds

Questions about cancellation, goodwill arrangements, or refunds are reviewed individually. Activated digital services may be excluded from refunds where legally permitted.
